First time using a cleaning service of any kind and it was absolutely fantastic. Desiree and Jordan were friendly, polite, and professional. They were very thorough but super efficient - went much quicker than I expected but nothing was missed! Robin was also wonderful coming through at the end to ensure everything was done to their expectations. It probably saved me at least 6 hours - so worth it!! Katie and Alexis came out for our first cleaning with CottageCare, and the entire experience was top notch. They did an incredibly thorough job—floors, bathrooms, kitchen, counters, surfaces, dusting, and all the little details were absolutely spotless. They worked efficiently, used great products, and really listened to our specific customization requests instead of just following a one-size-fits-all routine. Robin, the supervisor, even stopped by afterward to make sure everything had been done well, which was a really nice touch and showed how much they care about quality. The cleaning was completed on time, the price was very reasonable for the level of service, and we couldn’t have been happier with the results. Every cleaner does a great job but we especially love Katie who always does such a great job and add special touches.
