Love using this company. The team is always so courteous and takes great care when cleaning. They’ve been doing an every other week clean for me for over a year now. They make it so easy to adjust my schedule and add or remove focus areas as needs change. I love this company! The cleaners and management are so kind, and they do a wonderful job. Update as of 7/17/26: Cottage Care has literally saved my life. Cottage Care Barboursville was wonderful to work with! They did a move-out cleaning for me and were flexible when I had to reschedule last-minute due to a delay in closing. The housekeeping staff did a thorough job of cleaning. Bethany (Assume Supervisor) also helped & made sure that I was happy.The two other ladies one name I remember (Tori) were friendly & did a professional cleaning. Our apartment looks better after Melinda and the folks at Cottage Care cleaned it than it has in a very long time. She took the time to clean each room using details that other cleaners just glossed over. Tayler is a wonderful person to work with, too.
